Leveled workshops
ESS Boston offers three levels of intensives using your WSDC number.
Level 2 – Novice
Level 3 – Intermediate
Level 4- Adv/Allstar
Classes in each level are tailored to students within that level and will move at the appropriate pace. Dancers attending ESS Camp are required to have a solid foundation of all the basics with some variations and transitions.
Auditions
AUDITIONING UP A LEVEL: We have a scheduled audition before the workshops begin to give individuals the opportunity to level up out of there WSDC jnj standing.
Auditions are held on Friday around 2pm.
Please be aware not everyone will be able to move up. Your instructors will determine the correct divison for you!
Note: If you do not have WSDC and wish to attend, sign up for level 2. If you wish to go up a level, then you MUST audition on Friday.
Social Dancing
Social Dancing on Friday and Saturday night with a pro show Saturday evening.
Covid Policy
All participants must be fully vaccinated. Booster is not required but highly recommended. This will be a masked event. If you would like to opt out of wearing a mask, you will need to provide an unopened test to be taken at registration daily. This will happen during a 2 hour window each day (Friday 12-2pm, Sat/Sun 9am – 11am), if you prefer to not take the test you must wear a mask during the event. Following the city of Boxboro’s mask mandate, masks need to be worn in all public areas of the hotel.
